Introduction: Pilonidal sinus disease is a chronic illness with acute episodes, which is very common in the society, primarily in males. It is often symptomatic in young adults. Even today, recurrence of the pilonidal sinus after surgery and wound dehiscence occur following surgery. In this study, we discuss the results of a specific surgical treatment of complicated pilonidal sinus cases: "Non-Touch" method. We review the literature.Methods: Between June 2010 and June 2017, all hospital records of patients with complicated pilonidal sinus treated in our group were reviewed retrospectively.
